Take a dip while listening to music at our beach stage during the day! Swimming is allowed in the private lake (Holland Reservoir) that’s on site. Don't forget your beach chairs and floaties! Kayaks, canoes, and other boats are available on site as well.
🚐 Soul Camp Shuttle - NEW!
To drive people, and gear, to and from the various stages. The shuttle will be running during specific hours over the weekend. We will release the schedule closer to the event.
Fishing is allowed. If you plan to go fishing, please go to a section of the lake away from the swimming area for safety reasons.
Serving dinner Friday night. Serving breakfast, lunch, and dinner Saturday. Serving breakfast Sunday. The menus will be released closer to the event.
The venue has a large, full functioning, ice machine as well for bags of ice once you run out.
There are, also, multiple stores just three miles down the road.
Rooms, Cabins, & Furnished Luxury Glamping Canvas Tents
The venue has cabins in various sizes. It also has many spacious, furnished, luxury, glamping canvas tents with queen size beds. We will be releasing the remaining lodging options on or around March 1st. We will update everyone beforehand.
The venue has full hookup RV sites and lots of dry RV sites. For those in dry sites, generators will be allowed with some guidelines. For a small fee, we can have a truck come through to service them for gray and black water. No need to move them to dump. We will be releasing the RV spaces on or around March 1st. We will update everyone beforehand.
The park has several tent sites (dry sites). Some sites are, centrally, located and close to everything. Others are secluded. No need to reserve tent sites. You will be guided into a site when you arrive.
The resort has bathrooms, HOT/Cold showers that will stay hot all weekend, and many portable toilets that are located near the designated camps and main entertainment areas.
Frisbee Golf Course
The resort has a frisbee golf course on site.(And paintball, but we will not be using that during the event)
Miles of trails wind throughout mountainous hillsides and scenic valleys.
Cell Phone Service
Most cell phones will have service in the park and surrounding areas! Some carriers will work better than others.
WIFI may be available in specific areas on the property.
As you may know, Soul Camp is a grass-roots operation. All we aim to do each year, financially, is cover our expenses and/or generate some funds to add improvements to the, overall, experience the following year. We, also, want to make sure that our prices are fair and affordable for everyone. In our efforts to meet the standards, we've developed this ticketing system to ensure that it's a win win for everyone.
Here's how it works...
CAMPAIGN: (GOAL REACHED!)
We've set our Donorbox donation minimum to $150 per person, the cost of an early bird ticket. If we are able to raise, at least, $15,000 by January 26th, the event is a go! You can contribute more, if you like, but it's not necessary. The event costs much more than $15,000 to put together, however, at that point, we will feel confident that all of the major expenses will be covered by the event date.
As usual, if we do not reach our goal, unfortunately, there will not be an event this year, but no need to worry, for with your help, we WILL reach our goal as always! At $150 per person, we only need 100 people to buy early bird tickets. If you want to purchase tickets for others, simply, multiply the $150 (minimum donation amount) by the amount of tickets you want to purchase. Then leave the names of the additional ticket holders in the comments section.
If you purchase through the Donorbox campaign, your names will be on the will call list at the gate. Be sure to bring a photo ID to pick up your tickets at the event.

We encourage everyone to purchase your ticket(s) early to aid in reaching our goal and to take advantage of the lower prices.
EARLY ARRIVAL/LATE DEPARTURE PASSES
If you would like to arrive a day early to get your camp set up and get settled before the event starts, AND/OR stay an extra day to get some rest before making the drive home, you now have the option to purchase “early arrival/late departure” passes as an add-on when purchasing your tickets.
$50 per person
Combined with your event ticket, this is good for 4 nights at the resort. Thursday - Monday (It does not include cabins, rooms, RV spaces, or glamping tents - They have a separate rate)
The venue has put it on us to manage early arrival/late departure rentals as opposed to you having to contact the venue as we’ve done for previous events.
You can buy Early/Late passes via TicketLeap.com on the same page as the event tickets after the donation campaign. When available, the link will be posted on all of our channels.
- Regarding Early/Late passes, we will not be splitting it up into individual extra nights. Once you pay for the pass, you can come early but not stay the extra day, or vice versa if you want to, but the price is the same for one or two extra nights.
- If you donate to Donorbox for your event ticket, you will have the opportunity to purchase early arrival/late departure passes through Ticket Leap after the GoFundMe/Donorbox campaign ends on January 27th.
- Please do not show up anytime before the designated arrival times. This private property has a gate at the front entrance and is only open for reservations or events. We wouldn’t want you to be stuck outside the gate.
- All donations and tickets are fully refundable until May 1st!
- This event is rain or shine.
- If the event is postponed due to pandemic reasons, you will have the option to roll your tickets over to the new date or get a full refund.
- After May 1st, if the event is moved to another date or location due to weather, or any circumstance other than pandemic reasons, unfortunately, no ticket refunds will be given, however, room, RV, cabin, and glamping tents will be refunded if we are not able to replace it with something comparable in the new situation.
RESERVING CABINS, GLAMPING TENTS, & RV SPACES:
The cabins, glamping tents, and RV spaces will be on hold until the end of our Donorbox campaign. Once we reach our goal, they will become available to reserve on or around March 1st… first-come first-served. There will be a four night minimum per the venue’s request.
We'll give you a heads up before they are released.
