Soul Camp Family,

We hope all is well!

Thank you for patiently waiting. Please see this year's rules and regulations as well as what to bring and what not to bring below.

Please Read All The Way Through!

TICKETS RECAP

Early Arrival/Late Departure Passes

Where to Buy

You can still purchase Early/Late passes online until 7/22/24 (link below) or until we sell out. If we don't sell out before the event, they will be sold at the front gate for $50 at any time while the gate is open. If you decide to stay an extra night on Sunday, you can still purchase a pass to stay until Monday.

Ticket Purchase Link

This pass allows you to arrive a day early to set up your camp and get settled before the event starts, or stay an extra day to rest before making the drive home. Your pass includes access to both the official pre-party and after-party!

Pre-Party / After-Party Details

For those with Early Arrival/Late Departure passes, there will be an official Pre-Party on Thursday, July 25th from 6pm-12am hosted by N24 ENT and Secret Garden Party NYC. There will also be an official After-Party on Sunday, July 28th from 5pm-12am hosted by HMNI (Hello My Name Is).

GENERAL TICKET INFO

Will tickets be sold at the gate?

If we don't sell out before then, we will have some tickets available for sale at the gate at our Tier 3 rate of $230. However, it is advised to purchase presales to eliminate the possibility of being turned away at the gate if we reach our limit.

If we sell out before the event, we will let everyone know.

TicketLeap

If you bought your ticket through TicketLeap, bring your ticket and present it at the gate. You should have received your tickets via email on the day of purchase. If not, please email us at

soulcampout@gmail.com by Monday, 7/22 at the latest.

Donorbox Donation or Other

If you bought your ticket through our Donorbox donation campaign, in person, or any other way, your names will be on the will call list at the gate, along with any additional ticket holders you specified. If you have not specified your additional ticket holders already, they will have to arrive with you, or you can send them your GoFundMe email confirmation for them to show at the gate. We will then deduct one of your available tickets from the list.

For questions or concerns, email us at soulcampout@gmail.com by Monday, 7/22 at the latest.

ARRIVAL TIMES

Without Early/Late Pass:

The gates open at 12pm on Friday, 7/26/2024. If you do not have an Early/Late pass and are not part of the event staff, please DO NOT arrive before then. The property is gated and you will be stuck outside until they open.

With Early/Late Pass:

If you have an Early/Late pass, you may arrive on Thursday, 7/25/2024 between 2pm and 10pm. Please DO NOT arrive before 2pm or after 10pm. The gates will be closed after 10pm until they reopen the following day.

Car Campers

If you are car camping, please arrive as close to 12pm on Friday, 7/26 as possible, or on Thursday with a pass, to ensure an ideal spot.

Reservations

If you have an RV space, check in at the front gate and someone from our team will guide you to your space.

RV ARRIVAL TIMES

Please arrive on Thursday to get into your RV space smoothly. The roads are narrow on the property, and you have to drive through camp to get to your space. The later you arrive, the more difficult it will be.

Even though you have a space reserved, you are still required to purchase the corresponding ticket(s) into the event.

PARKING

As usual, there will be a parking fee to encourage carpooling due to limited space. It's $20 per car for cars with 2 or more persons, and $30 per car for those riding solo. Depending on when you arrive, you may need to unload your equipment at your campsite and then move your car to a designated parking lot nearby. Not everyone will be able to park right next to their camp.

POND SAFETY

Here are some precautions we are taking to ensure a fun and safe event at the pond and swimming holes:

- Swimming will only be allowed in designated areas.

- Access to the pond will be prohibited when the Beach Stage is closed.

- Beach Stage Hours: 10am-7pm on Saturday, 7/27, and 10am-5pm on Sunday, 7/28.

Medical personnel will be onsite.

RENEGADE SOUND SYSTEMS

No Renegade DJ Setups Allowed

No exceptions! We apologize, but this year we will not be allowing any renegade DJ setups that were not planned for or part of the scheduled events for various reasons, including:

- We've spent a lot of time and money putting this 20 Year Anniversary event together, and we would love for you to experience it.

- This is a new venue. The venue is lenient on sound volume and stage run times; however, there are certain requirements regarding where our sound systems need to be pointed at certain times of the day or night. Random sound systems going off everywhere could cause problems for the event.

- The layout of this venue is circular. This means it will be harder to find a space where you won't be clashing with other music that is going on. This can be unpleasant for campers placed right in the middle of your setup and another setup.

We realize that some people may not see these notices, but the process is:

First Time - Warning

You get one warning to turn it off and keep it off.

Second Time - Turn in Power Source

To stay, you will be required to turn in your power source until the event concludes or until you decide to leave.

Third Time - You will be asked to leave

You and everyone in your campsite will be asked to leave.

We don't ever want to get into the uncomfortable situation of having to ask a group to leave. We love and respect you all, so please don't let it get to that point.

WHAT IS ALLOWED

What we will allow is small to medium Bluetooth speakers kept at a reasonable volume in your camp.

Thank you in advance for your cooperation!

PETS

No pets allowed this year per the venue's request, unless a service dog or otherwise approved.

CAMPING SITES

There will not be numbered sites for tent campers. It’s a “get in where you fit in” situation within the designated areas. The earlier you arrive, the more options you will have.

Car camping does not include trailers of any kind. Trailers would require an RV space. Normal sized cars, vans, SUVs, or trucks are okay.

Some campsites/areas do not have a lot of picnic tables, so please bring your folding tables. Bring a canopy or two just in case you're in an area that's not heavily shaded.

7lb bags

We just wanted to let you guys know so you can plan accordingly and possibly bring less food. Please remember to support these amazing vendors!

IMPORTANT!! Don't forget to bring cash. Cards may not work where they are located on the property. Some vendors will have internet access, but some may not.

HANDICAP ACCESS

The main camping areas, main stage, and anything centrally located is accessible via wheelchair. However, some areas may not be wheelchair accessible.

CELL PHONE SERVICE

There is minimal cell phone coverage with Verizon and some other carriers in certain places. Cell phone internet/data does not appear to work that great.

WIFI LOUNGE

We will have a WIFI lounge for attendees to use during certain hours of the day so you can check in with loved ones. (Morning - Evening) Please do not download files on this network. It should only be used for communication and light surfing.

Once your session is done, everyone is required to disconnect. This is to keep your phone from updating in your pocket which would bog down the network for others.

CHARGING STATIONS

We will have a charging station in the WIFI lounge for you to charge your devices. This will also be available certain times of the day. (Morning - Evening)

However, we highly recommend bringing spare batteries, batterie chargers, or solar charging stations if you have them to save space for those that don't. They are also good to have just in case.

YOGA, MEDETATION, & SOUND HEALING

Yoga, meditation, and sound healing will be hosted on Saturday and Sunday mornings at or around 10am. The exact schedule is coming soon! Please check our social media pages for times. They will also be posted here once released.

Don't forget your yoga mats!

WASTE

“Leave No Trace”

Please do your best to pack out everything you pack in, including waste. If you cannot pack out all of your waste, we have a waste management program to help out. Please separate all campsite waste by type and for glass by color.

Remember these four rules:

1. Reduce Your Camp Trash

2. Sort Out Recyclables

3. Keep Bags Under Control

4. Use the bathrooms provided, not nature. We will make sure to have them cleaned during the event.

The Soul Camp Green Team volunteers will be out providing trash bags to campers who need them and assistance wherever needed.

Please keep your area clean all weekend long. Do not wait until the end of the weekend to clean your space. Let’s respect this beautiful venue and their staff.

NO GLASS AT THE BEACH

Please do not bring any glass bottles or cups into the beach area. We will have security monitoring this as well. Cans, plastic, and paper cups only. Thank you for your cooperation!

WEATHER

Of course, in the middle of the summer we can expect hot weather. However, don't forget to bring clothes for cold weather as it can get pretty cold in the mountains at night. We are RAIN OR SHINE.

WHAT TO BRING

Tents/Canopies/RVs: There are plenty of tent spaces available on a first come, first served basis. Canopies are EXTREMELY important if you camp in an area that's not heavily shaded. It will most likely be HOT out there during certain parts of the day.

We will have shade in the stage areas where needed.

Sleeping Equipment

Shade: There's quite a bit of tree cover, but some camping areas may not be fully shaded. We recommend bringing canopies just in case.

Lights: We are off the grid ladies and gentlemen. Definitely bring lights for your campaign area as many campsites won't be lit up at night. You will need to bring lanterns or solar-powered lights to see.

Drinking Water: Bring lots of drinking water! It will most likely be hot during the day. Bring enough for you to drink all weekend. However, if you run out, we will have food vendors where you can buy some individually.

Hot & Cold Clothing: Days will be hot but comfortable, and nights may get cold.

Drums: Outside percussion is encouraged all day until midnight. After midnight, no drums can be played.

Propane Grills and Cooking Utensils: Charcoal grills are not allowed. Propane grills are allowed.

Games

Food & Drinks

Alcohol – OK

Chairs

Tables

Yoga Mats

Spare Phone Batteries or Battery Chargers

Solar Generators/Charging Stations

Ice Chests: If you happen to run out of ice, one of our food vendors, Eagle Creek Eats, has an ice maker and can sell 7lb bags of ice if needed.

Usual Camping Gear

Floaties: Bring your floaties to relax in the lake while listening to great music from our beach stage!

Good Vibes!

WHAT NOT TO BRING

Grudges: Fighting or excessive arguing will get you kicked out quickly, possibly arrested, and permanently excluded from all Soul Camp events. We have a ZERO tolerance policy for that kind of stuff.

Campfires: Wood fires are not allowed at the campsites during fire season. However, there may be a communal campfire managed by the venue's staff.

Renegade Sound Systems: No exceptions!

Fireworks

Weapons

Bad Vibes

Shady People: Only invite people who you would trust in your own home.
