Soul Camp 2026: Rules & Regulations
Please Note:
All cabins, rooms, and RV spaces are currently sold out and have been since just two hours after we released them to our email list on March 1st.
Rooms and cabins can become available last minute.
If you're not already on the list, we highly recommend joining — we always release spots to email subscribers first, and only post on social media later that day.

GENERAL ENTRY & TICKETING
Gates Open:
Friday, June 19th at 12PM for general admission. Do not arrive before 12 PM or after 12 AM that day/night.
Thursday, June 18th (2PM–10PM) with Early Arrival/Late Departure Pass. Do not arrive before 2 PM or after 10 PM that day/night.
Gate Closes:
No entry allowed after box office closes each night.
Ticket Sales:
Available online until June 16th, 2026 or until sold out.
Early/Late passes available online or at gate for $50 (if not sold out). Required for pre/after parties.
Tickets at the gate only available if event does not sell out. We will sell out if we run out of parking space as well.
Entry Credentials:
Please print and present your tickets at the gate.

ARRIVAL & PARKING
Early Arrival / Late Departure Pass Holders:
You can arrive anytime between 2pm and 10pm Thursday 6/18. Please do not arrive after 10pm. If you think you will arrive after 10pm, please wait until the following day.
You can leave by Monday 6/22 at 12pm at the latest.
Pass holders also get into the official, onsite PRE/AFTER PARTIES. Pre-party hosted by FAST FORWARD from 6pm-12am Thursday 6/18. After-party hosted by IT'S A LOVELY DAY from 6pm-? Sunday 6/21
BUY LIMITED EARLY/LATE PASSES HERE
Cabin, Lodge Room, & RV Arrival:
Thursday between 2pm and 10pm
Simply, print your tickets for your reservations and show it at the gate. You will then be guided into your space, room, or cabin.
If you have a room, you are financially, fully responsible for any damage OR excessive cleaning to the unit, so please take care of it. :)
**If your car/van is longer than 18 feet, a general parking pass is not enough. It would require an RV space.
Car Camping:
Not allowed this time due to limited space.
Parking Fees:
$30 per vehicle (2+ people)
$40 per solo driver
(Paid online via ticket page)

Unloading:
May be required to unload gear and move car to parking lot.
CAMPING & VENUE
Tent Camping:
First come, first served. No numbered sites.
Canopies:
Recommended due to limited shade.
Lighting:
Bring solar or battery-powered lights for night visibility.
PETS & ANIMALS
Per The Venue's Request: No Pets Allowed.
Service Animals:
Must be trained, leashed, housebroken, and under control.
Must be credentialed at box office.
The venue will ask owners to leave if they catch any dogs off leash, even in cabins/rooms in attended.
Emotional support animals not allowed.
MUSIC & SOUND
Renegade Setups Prohibited:
1st Offense: Warning.
2nd: Turn in power source.
3rd: Removal from event.
Allowed:
Small/medium Bluetooth speakers at low volume.
*No Drums After Midnight.
SWIMMING & RIVER SAFETY
Designated Areas Only.
Access Limited to Beach Stage Hours:
Friday: 10AM–5PM
Saturday: 10AM–6PM.
Sunday: 10AM–5PM.
No Glass Containers at Beach.
FOOD & DRINKS
Alcohol Allowed.
No Underage Drinking.
Food Vendors Onsite:
Belden Town Restaurant
Sultry Squirrel Food Truck
Belden Town Full Bar
*Important Bring cash—card service likely, but not guaranteed.
